CHT Staff values the health and wellness of both ourselves and our clients. In an effort to create safety and maintain health, we have updated several policies to the ways we are working with our clients.
We maintain a clean and healthy work and treatment space. We ask that any client experiencing symptoms of fever or general illness to please reschedule your appointment or utilize our Telehealth Services.
All of our therapists and staff utilize TELEHEALTH services for new and current clients through Zoom.
A secure Zoom link is sent to your email for all scheduled appointments. This allows for ease in shifting from in-person to Telehealth as needed.
All clients are invited into our Client Portal which can be used on any of your devices. Through the Client Portal you can message your provider directly and pay your invoices. Client's utilizing insurance will utilize the client portal to upload required documents and view billing statements.
Your mental wellness is very important to us. If we can make your appointment more accessible in any way, please let us know. We are learning along side you. We are growing along side you. We are all in this together.
