A Psycho-Spiritual and Heart-Centered approach to therapy that moves beyond traditional techniques into a more holistic healing experience. Using an alternative approach, we work with individuals, families, couples, and groups to heal issues of physical and emotional distress. With Conscious Healing Therapies, you will experience a loving, supportive, open and safe environment for healing. Clients typically report improved  self esteem, intuition, personal power, and coping ability, allowing them to move forward on their life path. 

We provide counseling designed to address the issues you are dealing with.  Your first visit will be an assessment session in which you and your therapist will determine your concerns and develop a plan for healing. The Initial appointment typically lasts one therapeutic hour (45-55 minutes). Based on your plan of care, we will determine the appropriate length of subsequent appointments.

Individual Therapy

We provide individual therapy to adults, teens, and children. Individual therapy is a one-on-one session with you and your therapist. All information from these session is strictly protected and remain confidential. During individual therapy, you may choose to experience the benefits of Hypnotherapy, Breath Therapy, or other non-traditional forms of therapy offered by our highly trained staff. 

family / couples therapy

Many families and couples struggle with communication, stress, and other issue that may cause strain to the relationship. In family or couples therapy you and your family or partner will work with the therapist to determine the causes of issues and the common goal. You will work in a safe and open therapeutic environment to gain skills that can be used to heal your relationships. The therapist may meet individually with members at times to help support and heal.
