CHT Staff values the health and wellness of both ourselves and out clients. In an effort to release fear and maintain health, we have updated several policies to the ways we are working with our clients!
Currently, all therapists are utilizing TELEHEALTH services for most NEW CLIENT INTAKE appointments. After your initial appointment, options may be available for face-to-face sessions or to resume Telehealth. To participate, simply let us know you prefer this option. For those clients who are not comfortable or can not access video conferencing, we are also using phone sessions as an option.
We encourage all clients to Download the Simple Practice Telehealth App available for your SmartPhone or Device through your App Store.
A link will be sent to your email on the date of service to connect via Telehealth.
All clients are invited into our Client Portal which can be used on any of your devices. Through the Client Portal you can message your provider directly through the secure messaging feature, make appointments, change/cancel your appointment, or pay your invoices.
Your mental wellness is very important to us. If we can make your appointment more accessible in any way, please let us know. We are learning along side you. We are growing along side you. We are all in this together.
